At GullsEye, we’re all about simplifying port operations through automation. While weighbridge automation is just one of the many ways we’re enhancing efficiency at Poliport, it’s been a key part of streamlining their operations.

Poliport has been successfully using GullsEye’s weighbridge automation feature for a while now, and we’re proud to share the impact it’s had. Previously, weighbridge staff handled vehicle requests, weights, and entry approvals manually, which slowed down operations and required continuous staff involvement.

With our automation solution, kiosks are placed at the start and end of each weighbridge. Drivers simply scan their card (or proceed without one), and the system instantly retrieves vehicle details, weight, and other necessary information. This data is automatically stored in GullsEye, and a receipt is printed, allowing drivers to exit the port seamlessly.

This automation is just one part of our broader approach to optimizing port operations, helping Poliport improve efficiency across various touchpoints while minimizing the need for extra effort.
