Recognizing the significance of handling chemicals and flammable substances, our system is equipped with advanced features to optimize various processes such as denaturation, mixing, tank cleaning, and tank transfers.
To streamline the Gate-In and Gate-Out of trucks carrying liquid cargo, GullsEye developed the Pre-Gate module. From the moment a truck arrives at the gate, the system captures and relays crucial information to the shipping office. The shipping office then plans the entire process, incorporating occupational health and safety procedures and determining the truck’s route. This includes weighing, tank filling, and other essential transactions. Gen2 seamlessly integrates with the manufacturer company supporting weighing, ensuring a healthy operation. Sharing operational data back and forth with the manufacturer company, we enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
Gen2 continuously receives and displays information from the tank at specified intervals, covering aspects such as temperature, density, and stock levels. The program handles various calculations, including tonnage calculations, eliminating the need for the port to perform additional computations. GullsEye extends its support to ship operations, handling discharging and loading requests. The system records and plans operations, presenting them on ship operation screens for easy monitoring. It facilitates tallyman control and ensures compliance with ship agency requirements through checklists and timesheet screens.
In customs processes, our system supports certain blocking and release procedures, also ensures accurate stock tracking and reporting during transitions. From ship and shipping operations to tank processes, customs procedures, and commercial transactions, Gen2 provides a centralized, efficient, and reliable solution for managing every aspect of a multi-purpose terminal.
