Autoport embarked on a digital transformation to eliminate paper based processes and enhance operational efficiency. After thorough planning, Autoport went live with Gen2 in February 2022, with GullsEye providing continuous support throughout the implementation. With Gen2, Autoport now has:

– Tailored customer reports and online tracking via a web application
– Seamless data integration for improved reporting and transparency
– Flexible workflows to adapt to evolving customer needs

Transforming Port Operations
Autoport required a modern and future proof TOS, capable of adapting to emerging technologies. GullsEye’s Gen2 met all requirements, providing a flexible and scalable solution. One major advantage has been streamlining Ro-Ro operations, where integrating a new customer often requires adapting 30-40 percent of operational processes.

As highlighted in the article, Gen2 has helped optimize vehicle movements, enhance visibility with real-time dashboards, and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, every service is now tracked systematically within the TOS, creating a more controlled and transparent service structure.
