Our operations are managed seamlessly through our different modules that serve different platforms. Booking and planning processes are carried out through the Desktop Client which is used by the authorized port personnel and the Web Portal that authorized customers can also access.
Once planning and booking processes are completed, operations inside the terminal are carried out with the help of our desktop client, handheld terminals, CHEClient and Terminal Truck screens.
Besides booking collection and planning procedures, our Desktop Client offers a huge variety of screens for monitoring and managing the operation processes including 2D or 3D views of the terminal area with the instant data.
In the handheld terminal, all processes related to containers, including gate and vessel operations, as well as general cargo procedures, vehicle gate-ops, vessel loading and unloading processes, and operations related to the ro-ro and ropax modules, can be instantly inputted.
The feature allows for real-time data entry for all operational activities, including updating container information, managing repair/damage processes, and placing restrictions on containers. Similarly, liquid operations such as tanker operations, tank transfers etc., can all be input through the handheld terminal.
The handheld terminal also facilitates pre-gate vehicle registrations, conducting safety inspections related to these registrations, documenting any damages to vehicles or cargo, including taking and uploading photos.
All operational processes are carried out through the handheld terminal with various predefined roles (such as gatechackers and tallymen).
The CHEClient and Terminal Truck screens, on the other hand, list all tasks related to container and other operations within the port and directs operators to the relevant areas.
Tasks such as container handling can be instantly executed by the personnel on duty, with GullsEye logging all these operations (time and personnel involved).
These operations progress in parallel in the RTG/Stacker and Terminal Truck screens, ensuring a step-by-step flow of processes with job orders appearing on operators' screens to guide and manage the workflow.
